What do your rooms have in them? What do the kitchens have in them?

Each room has free wireless internet, cable TV, a coffee maker, a safe for your valuables, an iron and ironing board, a microwave and more. Rooms that have kitchens include your basic pots, pans, dishes, and glasses. For a full listing of what each room contains please browse our room types.

Does Sea Crest offer discounts or have specials of any kind?

We offer a top Myrtle Beach hotel discount program – our Early Booking Discount. All guests who book directly with us or on our website are automatically given this discount – and the earlier you book, the more you save!

What is resort credit?

We often have specials that offer guests a resort credit valued at a specific dollar amount ($5, $10, etc. per night stayed). This can be used to purchase food, grocery items, or gifts at any of our on-site outlets. *It cannot be used to pay for room charges or redeemed for cash.

Are fireworks allowed at Sea Crest? Are they allowed on the beach at all?

By law, fireworks are prohibited within the city limits of Myrtle Beach. So this would include our hotel grounds and the beach itself. However, in-season and during holidays, there are a number of professionally produced firework shows within 5 miles of the resort.

What do I need to bring with me to check-in?

For the most efficient check-in possible, when you arrive and go to the front desk to check-in, please bring your vehicle tag number, driver’s license or valid ID for all adults, and approved form of payment for your balance. If paying your balance in cash, you will also need a credit or debit card to put on file for incidentals. You can also use our pre-registration module.

Can I request a specific room?

We have 12 different types of rooms and some exist only once per floor. While every effort is made by our staff to accommodate requests for specific room locations, this is not always possible, and specific room assignments cannot be guaranteed.

Do you offer connecting rooms?

Unfortunately, we do not have any rooms that connect to one another from inside the room. You can view our available room types here.

Do you offer any discounted attraction or amusement tickets?

We do sell discounted attraction tickets that can be added on to your stay. For a full list of what is available and to purchase tickets please click here.

Are cribs available? Do you charge for them?

We offer Pack ‘n Play play-yards on a first-come first-served basis. There is no charge for them. Please inquire about availability upon check-in.

Are rollaway beds available? Do you charge for them?

Rollaways are available on a first-come-first-served basis. We charge $10 per night plus tax for them. Please inquire about availability upon check-in.

How close is Sea Crest to area shopping, dining, and attractions?

Our convenient Ocean Boulevard hotel puts our guests within minutes of plenty to see and do in Myrtle Beach.

  • We’re approximately one mile south of where the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk begins.
  • The closest pier is the 2nd Avenue Pier located less than one mile north of our Myrtle Beach resort.
  • We are within walking distance to Family Kingdom Amusement and Waterpark.
  • Favorite shopping and dining destinations such as The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, and Coastal Grand Mall are all within 5 miles of the property.

Do you charge extra for children or adults?

Our rates are based on 2 adults. For each adult over 2 in a room, an extra person fee of $10 per night plus tax is added to your total. We do not charge extra for children.  Adults are considered anyone over the age of 16.

Are your pools heated?

Heated to a comfortable 85-86 degrees year-round, our indoor pool and lazy river are enjoyable even in the winter. Our outdoor pools are heated to 80-83 degrees from March 2nd-October 31st. Indoor hot tubs are heated to 100 degrees year-round.

Are there restrictions for the yellow waterslide?

Yes, the yellow waterslide is appropriate for children between 32-60 inches tall and less than 300 pounds. We do have a children’s activity pool with a smaller frog slide for smaller children.

Do you really have 9 pool features?

Yes! Our nine pool features include:

  • Children’s activity pool with “Freddie the Frog” and rain-makers
  • Two indoor jacuzzis

  • Indoor lazy river
  • Outdoor lazy river
  • Baby pool
  • Children’s waterpark with slide

Is the waterpark included with my stay? What are the pool hours?

The waterpark and all of our 9 pool features are included with your stay. Our pools are open daily from 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. The indoor pools are open year-round! The outdoor pools do close from October 31st – March 2nd. Our slide in the children’s waterpark area is open daily from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. from April 1st – September 3rd.

How far are you from the airport and do you offer a shuttle?

Sea Crest Resort is located just 2.5 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Unfortunately, we do not offer an airport shuttle but there are many taxi services that run in the area. Any of our guest services agents can assist you with hailing a taxi during your stay.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our check-in time is 4:00 pm. Our check-out time is 11:00 am.    

Does Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort offer daily housekeeping?

Our commitment to you is to maintain the highest standards of cleaning protocols at our resort so you can relax and enjoy your vacation worry-free. We are pleased to offer a modified housekeeping service every other day of your stay for trash pickup and towel change. On the 5th day of your stay, you can expect to receive full linen change. If you wish not to receive these services, please use your “Do Not Disturb” sign on the exterior door.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Should a reservation be cancelled, the deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival date and cancellation number is obtained. Reservations cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit the one-night deposit paid per room. Golf and group cancellation policies may vary. Please allow 4-6 weeks for cancellation refunds. Vacation Assurance can be added to any reservation for $29.95 plus tax. This protection plan will refund your deposit if you need to cancel up until 4pm the day before your arrival. If you must cancel after 4pm the day before your arrival, you would forfeit your deposit whether you have the plan or not. Vacation Assurance must be added within 24 hours of booking and is non-refundable.
