Now that traveling has started to resume and summer is here, it’s time to get ready for a much-needed getaway to Myrtle Beach. While some businesses in the area are not fully open, others are including Sea Crest Resort! We’ve put together a list of attractions and restaurants near Sea Crest that are open or opening soon for patrons.
Broadway At The Beach
Broadway at the Beach is a popular Myrtle Beach attraction for all ages. There are tons of places to shop, eat, and just hang out with friends or family. Great American Summer Nights will start June 1 and continue through the summer this year. This weekly event features live entertainment, kids’ activities, and fireworks!
Myrtle Beach Boardwalk
The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is open to the public and ready to receive visitors. Enjoy a stroll on the 1.2-mile boardwalk, with beautiful views of the ocean and access to the beach. There are also tons of restaurants with outdoor seating along the boardwalk including Moe Moon’s, Pier 14 Restuarant & Lounge, and Landshark Bar & Grill. Most restaurants are open for dine-in and take out so you can enjoy a great meal while still social distancing.
Family Kingdom – Opening June 1
Family Kingdom is a thrill ride adventure attraction that is popular among tourists. Planning to open its gates on June 1, Family Kingdom will have adjusted hours from 6-11 PM and the Splashes Water Park will remain closed until further notice.
Art Burger Sushi
Art Burger Sushi is open for take-out, dine-in, and delivery through Grub Hub and Door Dash. This is so much more than a burger joint, with a menu that includes freshly rolled sushi and a bar that whips up liquid-nitro cocktails!
Villa Romana Italian Restaurant
Just two minutes from Sea Crest Resort, Villa Romana Italian restaurant is open for dine-in and take-out. Enjoy delicious traditional Italian cuisines like chicken parmigiana, mussels, and cheese ravioli.
Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville is open and a quick drive from our resort. They offer dine-in, take-out, and delivery from their full menu. Margaritaville menu has a variety of fried favorites, cheeseburgers (in paradise), and southern staples like jambalaya.
Sobaya Japanese Bistro
A few miles north of Sea Crest is a quaint little place called Sobaya Japanese Bistro. Sobaya has great outdoor seating and a menu filled with Japanese and Korean-style dishes.
Cafe Old Vienna
Austria and Germany come to the south in the form of Cafe Old Vienna. Here you can dine-in or take-out many traditional German favorites like Viel Wiener Schnitzel.
