Myrtle Beach Bachelor Party

08/25/2020
If you’re a groom-to-be and looking for one last fling before your soon-to-be nuptials consider a Myrtle Beach Bachelor Party! The Grand Strand has everything to make your bachelor party a weekend to remember and we’ve put together an easy-to-use guide to celebrating in Myrtle Beach.

Best Time To Visit

June through August is the best time to host a Myrtle Beach bachelor party. The weather is sunny and typically in the high 80s to low 90s, perfect for hanging on the beach.

Traveling by Car

Myrtle Beach is one of the easiest trips to make from most cities on the East Coast. It’s an easy drive and makes for a great guys road trip.

Traveling by Plane

The Myrtle Beach International airport (MYR) is a breeze to get in and out of and is located in central Myrtle Beach. Spirit Airlines typically offers cheap flights in the spring and summer for those traveling to the beach.

Where to Stay

Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort, of course! We offer affordable accommodations, great amenities including our 9 indoor/outdoor pools, and an oceanfront beach bar. The best part is we are an oceanfront resort, so you can literally walk from our backdoor right onto the beach!

Getting Around

Getting around The Grand Strand can be its own fun activity and there are more options than just renting a car. Try renting a golf cart (MB Golf Carts offers a 6-passenger limo golf cart!) or mopeds for your crew to cruise around on while in town. Ride in style by renting a party bus from Carolina Limo or get out on the water and cruise around on the Living Large Party Barge!

The Beach

Take advantage of the warm weather and water and get on the beach with the guys. Bring a cooler, a football or bocce ball, and sit back in the sand and relax. To make things a little bit more interesting try wakesurfing, flyboarding, or tubing with Island Adventure Watersports. They also offer kayak and paddleboard rentals for groups too!

Other Daytime Activities

If you and the fellas want to take a break from the beach but still want an exhilarating activity, try one of the many ropes courses offered in Myrtle Beach; Go Ape and Radical Ropes Adventure Park are two of our favorites. You can also get a rush from the NASCAR racing experience at Myrtle Beach Speedway. They have several packages to choose from for any adrenaline junkie looking for their next fix.

Nightlife

Myrtle Beach is famous for its nightlife scene, it’s actually just as active as the daytime. Head over to Broadway at the Beach for a night filled with bar hopping, live entertainment, and more; grab a frozen adult beverage at Wet Willies or fist bump all night long at Oz. Head a little further south to the MarshWalk in Murrells Inlet for a fun and laid-back evening. You can enjoy a cold beer and live band on just about every restaurant outdoor deck at the MarshWalk. If you’re looking for a local experience, try the Hot Fish Club, the gazebo and live bands never disappoint.

Laid Back Boys Trip Itinerary

Hang At The Beach

The perfect laid back bachelor party starts with hanging on the beach for an afternoon of fun and sun. Grab a cooler, some beach chairs and towels, and walk right out of our doors onto the sandy beach. Bring some boché, a volleyball, or cornhole if you need a fun beach activity.

Fish At The Pier

Grab the guys and head over the 2nd Avenue Pier for some sports fishing and cold beers. Bring your own rod or rent one for the day. When you’re ready for a cold refreshment or a bite to eat, just walk down to the pier restaurant.

Dinner At A Nearby Restaurant

There are tons of great restaurants near Sea Crest resort, all just a few minutes drive or cab ride. A few of our favorites include Bandito’s Cantina, ART Burger Sushi Bar, and The Grumpy Monk.

Stroll The MarshWalk

If you still want to have a little nightlife fun but don’t want anything too crazy, head to the famous MarshWalk in Murrells Inlet. Restaurants like Dead Dog Saloon, Creek Ratz, and Tuna Shak all have outdoor bars and seating where you can hear great live music. Sit in a rocking chair and enjoy a cold beer or stroll the MarshWalk leisurely with they guys.

Rowdy Bachelor Trip Itinerary

Rent Jet Skis or Try A Watersport

For the adventure crew or the thrills seekers, you’ll likely want to shake things up instead of just hanging out on the beach. Why not rent a jet ski or try a Myrtle Beach watersport? Myrtle Beach offers some of the best watersports like splashing around the Atlantic on jet skis or the trendy hydroflights that let you soar above the wave.

Ride The Brewboat

Want to keep the fun going all afternoon? Hop aboard the East Coast Brewboat for a private charter for your bachelor entourage. It’s BYOB and up to 15 guests can peddle their way around the inlet for some day-drinking fun!

Grab Dinner At Tin Roof

Great bar food, great music, great drinks, and an even better view is what you’ll find at the Tin Roof in Myrtle Beach. Tin Roof even offers VIP packages catered to small groups for bachelor and bachelorette parties!

Head To Broadway

If you and the guys are ready to party into the wee morning hours, Broadway is the ultimate nightlife experience. Whether you’re in the mood for a piano bar battle or want to dance to one of the hottest DJs, Broadway at the Beach has a place for you and the crew to get rowdy all night long.

Swanky Gentlemen’s Trip

Myrtle Beach Bachelor Party Tee TimeDeep-Sea Fishing Charter

For those looking for something a little swankier to do during the day, charter a deep-sea fishing trip in Myrtle Beach. Calabash Fishing Fleet offers half-day or full-day fishing trip for a bachelor party of any size.

A Round Of Golf

Instead of spending the day out on the water, why not spend a beautiful day on the green. Myrtle Beach offers some of the best golf courses on the East Coast. Schedule a tee time for you and the guys at one of our favorite Myrtle Beach golf courses like Willbrook Plantation, River Oaks Golf Plantation, and Arcadian Shores.

Dinner At New York Prime

Now if you’re really looking for something swanky on the Grand Strand, make a reservation at New York Prime. New York Prime is one of the most upscale dining experiences in Myrtle Beach. They offer a menu with everything from oysters and stone crabs to mouthwatering aged filets and porterhouse steaks. This place is the perfect place to order an Old Fashioned and toast to your buddy’s happy nuptials.
