North End Courses

The Dye Club at Barefoot Resort

The Dye Club is a semi-private course in Barefoot Resort. It’s white natural sand and pitfalls are not only stunning but give this course its level of difficulty. Arcadian Shores

Located in North Myrtle Beach, Arcadian Shores Golf Club provides a complex course for golfers at any skill level. Here you’ll find a mixture of contoured fairways, giant oaks, lakes, and undulating green. Two of the wholes at Arcadian Shores were even voted part of the Dream 18 by The Sun News (#2 and #13). Tidewater Golf Club

This award-winning North Myrtle Beach golf course features beautiful and lush Bermuda greens on their fairways. This course offers a challenge at every hole and is a golfer’s paradise. Tee times typically start around $64/per player, for more information or booking visit the Tidewater Golf site.

Surf Golf & Beach Club

Surf Golf is a Par 72 course with a challenging George Cobb design. Great for any level of player their fairways feature gentle contours and varied terrain. Don’t forget to stop by their Pro Shop with a variety of apparel, golf supplies and more!

Central Courses

River Oaks Golf Plantation

River Oaks Golf Plantation offers 800 acres of beautiful green along the Intracoastal Waterway. Its courses offer three nines designed by Gene Hamm and Tom Jackson that are sure to challenge a golfer at any skill level. Myrtle Beach National

Myrtle Beach National is part of the Founders Collection and offers three signature golf courses that any golfer would love. Come play the West Course, a classic Arnold Palmer design, King’s North, or SouthCreek. Rates vary depending on the time of day and season. The World Tour Golf Links

World Tour Golf Links is home to two nines, the Open 9 and the Championship 9. The Open 9 features holes from the top-ranking courses in the U.S. and British Opens. The Championship 9 was inspired by the most challenging holes from the Masters, U.S. Open, British Open, and PGA Championship. In short, World Tour is a golfer’s paradise. Pine Lakes

Known as the Granddaddy course in Myrtle Beach, Pine Lakes offers a classic golf experience. Pine Lakes is one of the oldest and favorite in Myrtle Beach, designed by the first PGA president, Robert White. Though it is one of the oldest courses it has been extensively renovated but keeps it’s 1920s feel. Arrowhead Country Club

Myrtlewood Golf Club

Myrtlewood Golf Club features two scenic and unique courses Myrtlewood Palmetto and Myrtlewood Pinehills. Both are championship Myrtle Beach golf courses on the serene Intracoastal Waterway. TPC Myrtle Beach

Awarded 5 stars by Golf Digest, TPC Myrtle Beach is one of the best courses in the Grand Strand. The course was once the host of the Senior PGA Tour and is now a golfer’s dream green. Willbrook Plantation

Designed by Dan Maples, this beautiful course weaves through two plantations and provides a challenge for golfers of any skill level. This 18-course terrain includes marshes, natural grasses, and much wildlife. At Willbrook, you are sure to get a sense of what golfing in the Carolina’s is all about. River Club

This gorgeous low-country course is a very challenging and strategic 18-holes. River Club is a Tom Jackson Signature course that has received 4.5/5 stars from Golf Digest’s “Places to Play”. Indian Wells Golf Club

Come enjoy a fun and challenging round at Indian Wells Golf Club. Their 18-hole, 72 par course features gorgeous TifEagle Bermuda grass with fairways that smoothly rise and fall. The Wicked Tuna

A local favorite, the Wicked Tuna offers an upscale dining experience with laid back vibes right on the inlet. From sea to plate, Wicked Tuna is one of the only restaurants in Murrells Inlet that has their very own boat bringing in fresh fish daily! They also have a sushi chef that is bar-none and creates some of the most unique rolls on this end of the Grand Strand. This place gets busy so it’s always a great idea to make a reservation, though not required.

Another great seafood option and newbie on the MarshWalk is The Claw House. If you’re looking to paint the town during your vacation you’ll be met with many fantastic things to do in Myrtle Beach at Night. We’ve put together our top 12 favorite attractions and activities to do when the sun goes down on the Grand Strand.

 

1) Sunset Cruise

Watching the sun go down off the coast is one of the most gorgeous sights to see. Express Watersports offers a 1-hour sunset cruise Tuesdays through Sunday at $35 per person. Once aboard the vessel, you’ll cruise Murrells Inlet, take in the beautiful inlet views all while you dine on complimentary cheese, wine, and rum punch! Be sure to make a reservation before your ride.

 

2) Murrells Inlet Marshwalk

If you’re looking to party like the locals do head to the south end to the MarshWalk. On the MarshWalk you can sit deckside at any of the restaurants all located right on the salt marsh! Listen to live music and dance or sit back in an Adirondack chair and sip your cocktail. If you feel like bar hopping –no worries! You can take your drink with you to the next outdoor venue while on the MarshWalk boardwalk.

 

3) Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Pavilion

The whole family can enjoy Hot Summer Nights presented by Plyler Park and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Every night in the summer there’s something fun for everyone here. Kids can participate in carnival style games, caricature drawings, balloon artistry and more. There is also live music each night from 8 pm to 11 pm!

 

4) SkyWheel

The SkyWheel has the best view of the entire Grand Strand but, have you ever seen it at night when it’s all lit up? Climb aboard the temperature controlled gondolas with the kids or your sweetheart for a magical ride above the coast! The SkyWheel is open from 11 am to 12 am and flights start at $14 per adult and $9 for children.

 

5) Fireworks

Myrtle Beach fireworks are the best and you can be just about anywhere along the Grand Strand and see fireworks in the summer evenings. Here are a few places to catch the sky-lit show here in Myrtle Beach: Broadway at the Beach Fireworks, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 pm, Myrtle Beach Pelicans Fireworks, after select games, Second Avenue Pier, Wednesdays at 10 pm, and Barefoot Landing Fireworks, Mondays at 10 pm.

 

6) Dave & Busters

Grab a beer and play some games at Broadway on the Beach’s Dave & Busters. This spot is guaranteed fun for the whole family, including the adults! Head over before the sun goes down for half price cocktails and $5 bar bites. Bring the whole crew on Wednesdays for half off all games from open until close. Dave & Busters is open daily from 10 am to 12 am Sunday through Wednesday and from 10 am to 2 am on Friday and Saturday.

 

7) TopGolf

New and one of the most exciting attractions to Myrtle Beach is TopGolf! Enjoy an evening of food, drinks, and endless fun when you come to TopGolf –the course is lit up with fun colored lights in the evenings! Up to 6 people can rent a bay by the hour and choose from the multiple games offered. TopGolf is open daily from 9 am to 12 am Sunday through Thursday and from 9 am to 2 am Friday and Saturday.

8) Celebrations Nite Life

For those that like to dance the night away, head over to Celebrations Nite Life at Broadway at the Beach where you get access to two clubs: Malibu’s Surf Bar and Oz. 9) Tin Roof

If you’re looking for a fun beach bar, Tin Roof is the place to go! New to Myrtle Beach, Tin Roof offers a laid back and fun atmosphere right over the beach. 10) Family Kingdom

Another great evening attraction for the whole family is Family Kingdom Amusement Park. Open daily from 4 pm to 12 am you and your family can enjoy all the thrill rides, coasters, games, and cotton candy they have!
