Halloween at The Beach

Though Myrtle Beach is most known for our exciting summer events, don’t be fooled into thinking the town goes into hibernation after the season is over! The fall is full of exciting local events, especially around Halloween. If you are in the area during October, be sure to participate in some of the spook-tacular area events and attractions. From haunted houses to trick-or-treating and everything in between, Myrtle Beach is full of spooky fun.

Boardwalk Fright Nights

New to the area, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk will come alive (or dead, rather) with real zombies! Every weekend between October 11th – November 2nd the downtown area will be overrun with these undead demons. Visitors can visit the Zombie Quarantine Zone for pictures and an up close and personal encounter with zombies. In addition, guests can enjoy live music on the boardwalk, half price area thrill rides and discounts on combo passes to the Ripley’s Haunted Adventure.

Trick-or-Treating & Costume Contest at Broadway

Broadway at The Beach is headquarter for several Halloween themed events. On the Saturday prior to Halloween, Celebrity Square lights up for the biggest Halloween bash in the area. There will be a live DJ and drink specials all night long, in addition to their popular adult costume contest that offers tempting cash giveaways. On Halloween evening, bring the younger ones by for a family friendly night of trick-or-treating around the local area shops and stores.

Hallowine Dinner at Croissants

For a fun, festive Halloween themed evening, make reservations for the Hallowine Dinner at Croissants Bistro & Bakery. Featuring 5 themed courses, like Bleeding Hearts of Brie and Frankenribs.
