Located in The Market Common, this new hotspot promises two unique dining experiences in one lovely location. Tapas enthusiasts can enjoy a little bit of everything, such as the Prime Beef Truffle Slider, the Crab and Lobster Cake, the Shrimp Salad Deviled Eggs, the Korean Beef Tataki or the Veal and Truffle Ravioli. Vegetarians can also snack on the Tofu Agedashi, Tempura Veggies and Edamame. These yummy dishes range from $5 to $15.
Need a little extra green to round out your meal? Snap up a signature salad, like the Bibb Wedge, the DP Caesar and the Citrus Spinach Salad (make it more delicious with grilled salmon). Salad prices vary from $9 to $15.
Divine Prime boasts a 1,800-degree steakhouse broiler, where you can find a wide variety of steaks and chops sizzling. Put your order in for the Prime Barrel Cut 8oz Filet, the Bone-In 16oz Choice Cowboy Ribeye, the Prime Thick Cut Colorado Lamb Chops or the Prime Bone-In Veal Porterhouse. Each selection, ranging from $21 to $40, comes with your choice of Veal Demiglace, Bernaise, Wild Mushroom or Madeira and Truffle Sauce.
You don’t want to miss the Signature Entrees. The Poulet Rouge features a confit leg and roasted breast of gourmet chicken with mashed potatoes and a wild mushroom demiglace. Snatch up the Lemon Sole Provencal, which includes a beurre blanc sauce with tomatoes, capers, Kalamata olives, garlic and parsley, all on a fried polenta cake. Entree prices are about $22 to $38.
And did we mention the $5 gourmet mashed potatoes? You’ve got to try them whipped and seasoned to order, whether you settle on smoked cheddar, smoked cheddar and bacon, blue cheese, chives or wasabi.
